Olive cultivar: Bosana, Frantoio, Coratina, Leccino, Semidana varieties.
Origin: 100% ITALIAN.
Oil processing: Between October and November the olives are handpicked and mechanically harvested directly from the trees. Cold pressed in the company’s technologically advanced mill, using a modern continuous cycle system, thus preserving the beneficial properties such as the antioxidants
Organoleptic characteristics: Limpid golden yellow. Its opening aroma is delicate and definite, characterized by hints of artichoke, fresh herbs and tomatoes. On the palate, it is sweet, full-bodied, well- balanced and very harmonic with bitter and pungent notes of light green olives and grass.
Use: San Giuliano Extra Virgin L’Originale is balanced and versatile and combines perfectly with all kind of dishes. It is excellent raw as a dressing or in sauces, Genovese pesto, mayonnaise, marinades. It is also perfect for baking, roasting, frying and slow cooking.
