Since the early 1990s, all the olive groves have been cultivated organically in order to create a sustainable rural development. We pay maximum attention to agronomical and technological best practices, necessary to guarantee the absence of contaminants. The olives are carefully selected and cold-crushed in the company mill with granite millstones, which allow for a slow and regular crushing, without significant increase in temperature. The natural process of decantation and filtration without chemical treatments, makes this oil the best choice for the most sophisticated users.

San Giuliano Extra Virgin Olive Oil ORGANIC line is obtained from “the heart” of organically grown ITALIAN OLIVES (Bosana, Semidana, Frantoio, Coratina and Leccino).

Sensory characteristics
spect & Color: Slightly intense golden yellow color with light green hues.
Smell: Full and complex, with hints of just-ripened olives, artichoke and green apple.
Taste: Full, composite and sapid. It is well balanced with rich notes of artichokes, almond and unripe tomatoes. A peppery note on the finish
