Capra Sarda

A hard, semi cooked goat’s cheese. Ready after being aged at least 6 months in old cellars. It has a wrinkled, dark yellow crust. The texture is hard, compact and ivory-white. Its characteristic, perfumed fragrance gives an unmistakable, distinctive touch to your dishes.
1.Marries perfectly with any kind of vegetables thanks to its herbs hint.
2.Shredded in salad with asparagus or on vegetables soups.
3.Served as a starter with cold cuts, or as is just with bread or crackers.
4.Pairs well with young-red-wines or fresh fruity white wines as Sauvignon Blanc.
