Brigante is considered Italy’s most popular sheep’s milk “table” cheese. A young, mild sheep cheese crafted on the beautiful Island of Sardinia. Aged only 20 to 30 days, it has a semi-soft and appetizing creamy texture, it is the perfect balance between flavor and freshness and it preserves an intense, unique aroma of milk. It is soft with few appetizing eyes.
