Packaging: Packaged with a transparent PVC vacuum skin packing film. Each casing contains a single piece. All packaging materials are suitable for contact with food as per current legislation. The type of casing protects the product from any alterations or damage during handling, improves its shelf life, as well as the organoleptic qualities of the product and its presentation.

Odour: intense, pleasant and salty
Minimum preservation time: 15 months from the date of production
Storage and transport: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store at +4°C ± 2°C.
